The OSF Home Care Services telemonitoring system gives you peace of mind and improved quality of life by providing a communication service that is capable of the following:

• Daily at-home patient monitoring, including monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature and weight

• Storage of vital signs in a central station at OSF Home Care Services and immediate notification of measured vitals registered outside the norm

• Prevention of unneeded patient hospitalizations and visits to the emergency room

How is the System and Information Useful?
