OSF MyChart gives you direct online access to some of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR), where your health information is securely stored and password protected.

With OSF MyChart, you can easily access your medications, health summaries, lab results and OSF appointments, as well as communicate with your provider. You can also track your inpatient stays in real time at most OSF HealthCare hospitals.

Best of all, this information is available to you 24/7 atosfmychart.orgor with the MyChart mobile app available for Apple and Android devices.

What you can do with OSF MyChart

Many things that used to require a call or visit to your provider can be handled with a few keystrokes or by touching the screen on your mobile device. Here are some of the features you may find most useful.

  • Convenient and early check-in

  • Use OSF MyChart to speed up the check-in process for appointments. You can eliminate some waiting-room procedures before you even leave home.

    • Click on the Visits icon at the top of the screen.

  • If you need immediate care for an injury or illness, you can review walk-in waiting times or secure a same-day appointment at an OSF urgent care clinic near you. Use this feature to see clinic locations and decide whether to add yourself to the walk-in queue at an OSF PromptCare or schedule an appointment at OSF OnCall Urgent Care. (You can also make appointments at these facilities for school and sports physicals, employer drug and alcohol testing, seasonal flu shots and more.)

    HOW TO: View walk-in waiting times or make an appointment

    • Log in to your OSF MyChart account.

    • Within the menu, go to the Find Care section and click on Find Urgent Care.
    • Select the reason for your visit.
    • Select the location you wish to visit.

  • Video visits

    • Log in to your OSF MyChart account.
    • Click on the Visits icon at the top of the screen.
    • On the Appointments and Visits page, click the Schedule an Appointment button.
    • Click the Video Visit section.
    • Select your provider and make your appointment.
